Jon Langford - Managing Director
Jon brings 30 years of experience to the table, combining his joint knowledge in business management and process engineering to develop effective solutions. Jon has lead innovative project designs, including a world-firrst moving bed biofilm reactor, as well as developing ammonia scrubbers for marine application. Jon combines his engineering skills and trademark sense of humour with strong people management and leadership skills, always working to drive the company towards greater efficiency and success.
Stephen has over 25 years of experience within the industrial sectors covering commissioning, process control, maintenance, and industrial services. Projects covered a range of businesses including mining, oil & gas, hydraulic design of fluid and slurry systems and chemical process systems. Stephen has an intrinsic understanding of site systems and requirements, with a robust attention to detail and analytical abilities which enable him to deliver high quality work bringing value to his clients.
Jo-Anne has over 10 years of experience in accounting for mining, insurance and public practice. Her highly developed written and verbal communication skills, combined with disciplined time management are instrumental in helping the team organise, prioritise and meet deadlines. She is responsible for managing daily operations of finance and administration teams, assisting with business processes and liaising with senior management on project specific financial reporting and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Huib is an engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in engineering and design. He had previously focussed on subsea oil and gas pipelines but more recent experience has been developing groundwater modelling and hydrological calculations. Areas of focus also include designing water transmission pipelines & networks, pump stations and control systems.
Adrian has over 25 years of experience in the industrial sectors, working on commissioning, process control, maintenance and industrial services. Projects covered a range of businesses including mining, oil & gas, food production, toxic waste destruction and sulfuric acid production. Adrian has a strong field orientation with extensive understanding of site systems and requirements. His keen eye for detail and analytical mindset means he is appreciative of the need to harmonise safety, efficiency and profitability.
Hong is a graduate chemical engineer who has experience in the environmental field. With over 2 years’ experience in the wastewater field, Hong’s is experienced in the analysis and assessment of wastewater treatment, quality and operations. Hong is also well-versed in assessing compliance with DWER and DoH licence requirements.
Chris is a versatile draftsman with experience ranging from layout and design of structures and equipment through to domestic architecture. His background in building and architecture allows integration of pipework and infrastructure into existing buildings and structures. His broad software experience allows him to work efficiently in a range of software to meet both project and client requirements. Chris has been a member of the army reserve for over 20 years, and this background allows him to communicate clearly and effectively both with clients and junior personnel in development.
Michael is a graduate engineer with a strong focus on project management. His strong communication skills allow for the successful implementation of multiple templates for ITRs and redline markups ensuring consistency and optimisation of productivity.
